Boarding

Double T Stables provides both long and short-term boarding for mares and geldings. We offer a basic "full service" plan which can be tailored to individual needs.

Our facilities are located on approximately 10 acres between Manchester and Tullahoma, Tennessee. Although we do not have riding trails on our property, we are a short distance from many popular riding areas in middle Tennessee.

Features:

Clean 12 x 12 box stalls in addition to pasture.

Two grooming stalls.

Wash stall with hot and cold water.

Vet within 3 miles. (We have a long standing relationship with our vet who is on call 24hrs/day.)

Reliable farrier services. (Our farrier has over 20 years experience in shoeing many breeds of horses. He works with gaited horses as well as with quarter-horses, arabians and others.)

Daily turn-out or permanent pasture, depending on the customer's preference.

Exercise area with a 50ft round pen for longeing.

Safe fencing. We use Cameo® fencing on all or our cross fences and high tensile wire or wood on all perimeter fences. All of our steel posts have safety caps installed and each fence has 1 or 2 strands of electric wire for additional security.

Barn is secure and well lit. We can observe the entrances to the barn from our house.

Full Service includes: 1 stall per horse, sweet feed and hay and pasture, daily turn-out, full use of all facilities in the stable, storage for tack.

Coming Soon: We will be building a couple of simple jumps in our exercise paddock.
