As the picture shows, this filly looks great
under saddle. We usually start letting them wear a saddle at about 1 year
old, just to let them get used to the feel of it. By the time they are
ready to be ridden the first time, our colts will have already had a light
rider sitting on them. Meg is a beautiful tri-colored bay and white and is
a "people horse". Her full sister, Annie, is turning out to be a
very nice trail and pleasure horse, with show potential. We expect no less
from Meg. (View Annie's web page for pedigree
information). Meg bathes, stands tied, leads, loads, etc. The pics with
her under saddle were taken within 10 minutes of her having worn the
saddle for the first time. She should mature to at least 15.2 hands. Meg
is a steal at our asking price of $1800. |
